In the month of July, Jakim (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) officers from Malaysia made a trip to our France headquarters for a product audit on Kaneza, the first Halal cosmetics from France. The officers were accompanied by Mr. François Marik, Ms. Chi Min Yin and Ms. Yvonne Kok.

Kaneza is a skin care product line developed by Laboratoire Biogénèse Appliquée (LBA). This procedure is one of the Halal licensing requirements. During the visit, the Jakim officers also met with the staff at our headquarters.

All in all, it was a productive visit for both parties. The audit was satisfactory and Jakim renewed our Halal license.
